Can't access Virtual Account Numbers - 3 days now

Can log in, get to account page (account summary may or may not display balance) and click on link, but on Virtual Account Numbers page, both web page and download links are dead, they do nothing. Tried Chrome, IE, and mobile browser (CITI mobile site does not have the VAN feature).
