TRY REFRESHING YOUR SCREEN!! -- problems with e-mail + new View

I've already reported problems viewing e-mails, yesterday & today. It was fine this AM, then alternately worked & didn't work. Possible solution: I logged into e-mail & got the "Personalize your inbox with a new theme" crap, clicked on "not now" and got my Inbox. Then, my screen froze again; can't click on anything, including logging out. BUT, when it was at this point, I refreshed my screen and it went back to the 'normal' view. Still a problem, AT&T, but maybe we customers can at least read our e-mails until you figure this out!!!
