Can't read e-mails + the new View is back!! Then, I can't log out. Then, it's fine!!

Yesterday, I couldn't read e-mails and put a report here. This morning, it was working fine. Now, about an hour later, it's messed up again! When logged in, a box came up with "Personalize your inbox with a theme.", and options of "Keep Theme" or Not Now". Between yesterday & today, I've tried them both. I clicked "Not Now", and the Inbox opened. But, it's changed to the new View, & I can't read my e-mails - it shows an error message. I logged out so I could log back in to capture the screens. I got the same "Personalize your Inbox", but then I couldn't even click on anything or get the drop down to Log Out. I closed the screen, logged back in, and now it's fine. Does this have something to do with the new View?
