I can't even access the login screen... I'm redirected to a page that says this:

A service required by Access Manager WebSEAL to complete your request is currently not available. 

Explanation

The service required by Access Manager WebSEAL is located on a junctioned back-end server that is temporarily down.

Solutions

Please contact your System Administrator. The back-end server may be down.
