Joe,

I did create a support request through their website, listed below. I only got a response once. And have pasted that below as well. They were not much help. I am going to create another one now. I have hundreds of emails backed up to customers. These are back and forth correspondence about current deals too.

I have also Tweeted them as well.

I think I am going to create another request through that page.  Although I know they will not respond, they don’t have to. They are big enough and this is obviously only affecting a small percentage of there users.

Hello,

Thank you for contacting AOL postmaster support. This email is concerning the ticket #*****of type "DNS:NR", you opened for following IP(s). Below are the resolution details.

IP: ***.***.***.***

DNS:NR is generated when the connecting IP does not have valid and meaningful reverse DNS. If you have recently set up the reverse DNS please allow 48 hours for the rDNS to get updated in our records. If you are still receiving DNS:NR errors after 48 business hours, please reply to this mail with the latest telnet results from the affected server. Instructions to perform telnet can be found here - http://postmaster.aol.com/Postmaster.Troubleshooting.php#mantelnet

Check the IP's rDNS at this link http://postmaster.aol.com/cgi-bin/plugh/rdns.pl to ensure you have reverse DNS and that it has propagated to the AOL network.

Please submit a new support request if you are receiving any other error/bounce.

*This is a system generated mail. If you have a query, please open a new support request at http://postmaster.aol.com/SupportRequest.php *

Thank You
