Website down, unable to access my account

I received several emails stating my password has been changed. I have not changed anything, so I call 1-877-273-2728 the email stated to call if I did not change the password. The useless representativestated she cannot help due to the website being down and to call back tomorrow. I'm very concerned since I do not want my stored checking account information stolen. My uverse service has beenshown so much lately and now this, all signs are pointing to getting rid of this service. I guess I wil cancel all my uverse servicea right after I contact the bank to protect my account. Ugh
