Since they closed several branches in my area I've had to rely on the mobile app and web site so much more. Access during the past week has been rediculous. NOTE TO CITIBANK: YOU NEED TO POST A STATEMENT INDICATING WHEN THE SITE WILL RETURN TO NORMAL ON YOUR MAIN WEB SITE. Then your customers will at least know roughly when to check back. I hate wasting my time.
