Same as everyone else.  My account must be locked, because nothing in this thread fixed it.

Tomorrow's Saturday, so I'll try a couple of the numbers listed here.  I already started a USPS tech support claim and got an autoresponse- 3 days ago.

 

The single label I did get to print before I got locked out had a satisfaction survey address on the bottom of the recipt:

Might be worth filling out.  I know I'm having a "postal experience".  :/
