You're not alone. After years of using Click N Ship with no issues, I'm experiencing same issue. Called 1-800-344-7779 and spoke with somebody at Small Business. They told me they will escalate to the tech department and that the issue should be resolved by tomorrow. We'll see.
I ended up using Paypal labels. Less cost yes, but a pain for somebody like me who ships 10+ packages per day to repeat customers.
Took me 4 times as long as I wasn't used to the interface.
