As all other people here the last year I experienced a lot of impossibilities to make payment through my usps on line account. Based on my observations, my problems started when I changed my address and my billing information. USPS can blame us for our uncleaned cache, but in my opinion is the cache of USPS web site that is stuck, also, some bad script connections on their software. I'm so tired of them, really...
