I've been having the same problem with my credit cards being denied since 07-03-14. First thing that was weird is I had entered in the names and addresses into the USPS click n ship and then I had logged out. When I came back, the addresses I had just input were not in my cart. I created a new account, re-input the names and the same thing happened. That went on for 2 days. Then the USPS click n ship declines 2 credit cards and PayPal since 07-04-14.
