No Incomming Email

Since 11:37 this morning I have not received incoming emails. Sending to myself from the same account, or my second account, did not work. Just a few minutes ago I received 6 emails but there's a huge 8 hour gap of lost emails. Where are the undelivered emails and is there any way to get them?
