In my opinion, the only way to get the attention of a bully company like AT&T who shuts we business customers us out like this with no remorse or response is to fire them in mass. I will fire them tomorrow. 30+ phone lines, 20+ email accounts, 3+ DSL accounts.
I hope you all follow suit. This company sucks.
