this is a note for any 1 whos useing firefox it could be the firebox user i used to use firefox for it then i swiched back to internet explorer and it worked fine and if u have windows 8+ just use the netflix app much easyer im not sure why firefox wont let it work im not even sure if netflix knows its firefox so if u have windows 8+ use app and if ur 7 and under just use explorer
