Every time I try to log in eBay asks me to confirm my identity by giving me a screen that asks if I want my confirmation code sent by call or text. NEITHER WORK! It never rings or texts my phone that I have on account with eBay. I have called every day this week with the same problem and it is still unresolved. It is not recognizing my home computers and it is a real pain!
