Online banking down, phone too

Happy citigold customer for several years so trying to be patient, but haven't been able to get online for almost two weeks now.  Same errors everybody else seems to be getting.  Called in a couple times and they just say we're having some problems please try tomorrow.  Customer service seems to be pretending not to realize the scope of the problem.  Had to have my payroll re-directed to a new account at different bank to be safe.
