Account details not available for loans or lines of credit

Since last week, the Citibank website is unable to display account/transaction details for any loan accounts or line of credit accounts. This is true whether you click on the "Recent Transactions" pop-up window or you click on the account number to view "account details". The website displays the message "Transactions cannot be returned". It's Monday evening 10/21 and the problem continues. Is anyoone working on this?
