Accounts scrambled & transaction details not available

Monday, 10/21/13.  The Citibank website has been unable to display transaction details for loans and credit cards since last week. Checkiing accounts do display transactions if you select the account name on the first page. However, if you select the "Recent Transactions" pop-up for a checking account, transactions between 9/28 and 10/18 are missing. The problem is continuing today. Spoke to tech support this morning. The website is also scrambling accounts on the screen--they keep coming up in different orders.
