I have called 4 times in the last 3 months.  Each time I tried to log in, I received a General Error.  1st time:  Support said website now only works with Internet Explorer.  Need to clear cache.  2nd time:  re-set my password.  3rd time, somewhat the same as the first time except also go to View Files and manuallly delete all cookies.  She actually laughed when I told her the time before I was told to re-set my password.  4th time, I was told to re-set my password and also do no use special characters.  4 different answers in 4 times?  Insane!
