CANT LOG-IN

This is not the first time Citibank online has not alowed access to our personal bank acct info, but it is always very frustrating when it happens! I beleive there is an error in my acct balance& i cannot login to check it. It continually says my Passwors is Incorrect, i Know it is not incorrect,i check my acct several times a day! Im so frustrated with this bank.
