I just got off the phone with Amazon. They are still not able to provide an estimate for when the service will return to normal functionality. If you are having issues, call them asap, and they will forward you an email once SellerCentral is back up again. Also, be sure to talk to them about negative feedback for late outgoing orders during this period of time. I was promised that any negative feedback regarding order delays would be removed from my account.
