I have been having the same problem since May 25th. Have talked to their Tech Support, and they told me to try Internet Explorer or Chrome. (It works in Chrome). They told me that if it works in other browsers, the problem must be with my browsers (Firefox 22.0) or with its settings. They don't seem to be willing to address the problem.
