system error: javascript; do submit cannot register new credit card

After putting in credit card number to register, I keep getting system error: call 1-800-374-9700. The continue button gives this error (javascript;do submit) upgraded Firefox to versin 22.0, but no avail. Was told to type in myciti.com in the broswer still, nothing. The Discover It Website got their stuff together!!!
