Website Down ALL THE TIME!!!!

I am tired of their website being down all the time. I think they spent too much time and IT manpower to develope their new virtual wallet page and they dont have the ability to control it. I don't even liket he virtual wallet. If this is why your website keeps going down...then scrap the crappy web design and tools that are completely unnecessary!!!!!
