Same thing here! Spent quite a while on the phone with them, clearing cookies, resetting usernames, etc. Finally got a "Supervisor" on the line who told me it was their issue, not mine. Told me to try again in 2 hours. That was 12 hours ago, and it still isn't working. I just opened an account at a credit union, and as soon as possible, I am leaving BOA for good! This is ridiculous!
