Main page will not work

I try going to the main page by typing www.ebay.com into my browser and I keep getting an error message. But the rest of ebay is fine. (I had an auction on my screen from earlier today and I can still look through auctions and stuff I just can't get to the main page. I haven't tried bidding or anything yet though.)
