Finally got an answer to the issue with their site from BoA

After calling technical support several times to get this issue resolved and having it escalated, I found out that BoA is re-routing certain high speed traffic for security reasons.
I was told that this was decided by the higher ups at BoA and that they knew this would impact several thousand people and they deemed that acceptable.
I was told the fix was to contact your ISP and have them reduce your MTU# below 1500.
I told them that this was an unacceptable fix as 1500 MTU is the optimum setting from my cable modem and that reducing it just to get to one site was absurd.
I ended with I would take my business elsewhere.
I recommend that you do that same.
