Cannot access add anythiing to Cart or Wish List

For about 3 weeks, I have been unable to access my Cart or Wish List and have been unable to purchase any merchandise from Amazon.com. Whenever I want to add an item to Cart or Wish List, I receive a 'Please verify that you want to add this to your Cart (or Wish List)'. When I click on the 'Continue' button, the verify message just keeps repeating.
This is so frustrating. What is going on????
