Cannot access add anythiing to Cart or Wish List

For about 3 weeks, I have been unable to access my Cart or Wish List and have been unable to purchase any merchandise from Amazon.com. Whenever I want to add an item to Cart or Wish List, I receive a 'Please verify that you want to add this to your Cart (or Wish List)'. When I click on the 'Continue' button, the verify message just keeps repeating. This is so frustrating. What is going on????

Cannot receive yahoo mail on either of my androids. Anybody have a clue? Is it amazon or yahoo?

I cannot access my Cart or Wishlist. Whenever I click the down arrow or the See What's In Cart list or the Wishlist it goes back into the "sign-in" page. It happens over and over and over and I cannot get passed this issue. I cannot make a purchase or pay for anything already in my Cart. I cannot delete any items out of my Cart. I cannot use my Wishlist to add anything to my Cart. What's going on Amazon?
