Anyone having problems with Bill Pay?

Bill Pay Choice has been DOWN for two months now! Keeps saying "sorry, unexpected system error". I refuse to call this bank and have a credit manager mess with me. They cancelled one of my cards the last time I called with a problem.
Unbelievable.
Anyone else having trouble??
