Had same issue. Tried to go "Hard Wired" instead of wireless, same issue again. Just wondering if somehow they have a "Cap" on the amount of movies/programs watched. Had similar problem with Bearshare music program. Fine for 3 months then Nothing. Reloaded all, reset all and same problem got to 99% D/l and just hung. So wondering if Netflix is similar in the problem. A great service when it works.
Tech Support is minimal. I have done everything from "Reloading Apps on Blu Ray, rebooting router/modem, unplugging Blu Ray, Reconfigured Network, both Wired and Wireless"! All other apps seem to work fine but not Netflix! :-( /\@@/\ <--- Mr Spiddy is suspicious!
