Sit Down For How Long?

Spoke with BB&T at 9:30 Wednesday the 20th. Site is being updated. They have no idea when it will be up again and functioning properly. I was told that it could possibly be days and that they are doing everything in their power to resolve the issues. My problem is that this was all done during the week.....shouln't this sort of thing be handled on the weekend....just in case they run into problems such as this.
