This is a known problem at WSJ. They are very unresponsive. I got a fresh computer, formatted the drive. Then I put in XP 32 bit service pack 3. Then IE8. Log on to WSJ. (Nothing else in machine) Now if you put in a stock symbol in eg KO it will work fine. Put in an ETF eg agq and the damn thing WILL NOT LOAD at all. It simply flashes. If I embed some of the old code in an EXCEL spread sheet and have it CALL WSJ, it WILL WORK. They have screwed up the code and it is not cookies, it is not firewall. I have cut off XP firewall. It is pure junk code from WSJ. The run show like a two bit operation. Very Disappointing. I have to use Yahoo finance to get a chart of an ETF. It is just sloppy code. I pay 150/year for this.
