Have been getting this message for the last 2weeks.
Got a little farther once today .. To the point where the tv shows or movies appear as covers but stooped in the middle of loading reporting that was having trouble accessing things.. try again later.
Next step is to cancel the service and request a refund for the last 2 weeks. Thanks for your immediate attention to this matter.
