Can't log in...

This is sooo frustrating. I am a new BB&T customer considering closing my Grow Financial or Bank of America account - but if I'm going to continue to have trouble logging in to my account, there is no way I can transfer my direct deposit to BB&T. I just logged in to both my GF and BOA accounts, but can't log in to my BB&T. Please advise. Thank you.
