Won't load any programmes

I open Netflix but whatever I chose to watch just starts to open but stays on 0seconds and will not play! This is out of order as I paybformthus service and don't have much spare time! When I do have time it won't play! Thinking of cancelling and subscribing tonal overfill or NowTv
