Hi SheriI got a feeling you're not following the directions.When you finish watching netflix DO NOT EXIT OR LOG OFFon your remote hit the SOURCE botton and select whatever connects you back to your cable HDMI-1, 2, 3, etc.. it has to work!Let me know what happend. reply
