Check your tv manual about how to do it. - On my samsung smart tv, it's as simple as Menu->Support->Software Upgrade->Online2) Deactivate netflix app - For my samsung tv, it is: https://help.netflix.com/article/en/node/8482?ba=GSButtonClick&q=disconnect%20samsung3) Plug off your tv and wait for 30 seconds and plug it back in4) Launch netflix app and sign in Once you have logged in, you shouldn't see this problem appear again.If you upgrade software on your tv, you might have to repeat the steps. reply
