I have the Samsung UN46D6300. I have called both Samsung and netflix and none of them can resolve the issue or explain it. Based on what most people here are saying installing firmware version 1031 and above might fix the issue. unfortunately that version is not released for UN46D6300.
This will be my last Samsung "Smart TV" i will purchase. Actually this might be my last Samsung product. Their support is so poor.
