Samsung did their SmartHub update today and STILL GET NO netflix or amazon playing.
It's been a month and a half now that we can't use the TV for its intended purpose!
They should advertise their products as 'NotSoSmart'.
I hope others are complaining to Samsung....when I'm on phone with them, they act like I'm the only one having the problem!
