You didn't mention what model you're updating but i just looked and there's no update available for my UN55ES6150FXZA. I read your comment and was hopeful they've FINALLY done something. I've spent way too many hours on with Samsung, Amazon, and Netflix with absolutely no positive results. (Samsung's blaming Netflix/Amazon as it's 'their' server that isn't cooperating...they're probably just 'passing the buck'.
If you care to let us know what model they've provided an 'update' for, that would be appreciated....who knows, maybe they're gonna finally come through with something for my 'not so smart' Samsung!
