I had the same problem with Netflix/Samsung. Below is the conversation with the Samsung support rep. I did use a USB flash drive and updated the firmware. It did fix the problem...... or at least it seems. (Oh, and BTW my tv can be remotely accessed!) Please wait for a Samsung Agent to respond. You are now chatting with 'Rosemary'.
