THANKS CYBOT I ALSO CALLED SAMSUNG AND WAITED FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR ON THE PHONE TO TALK TO A LIVE PERSON THEN IT TOOK ABOUT 20 MINUTES FOR THEM TO TELL ME THAT THEY WILL MAIL ME A NEW USB FIRMWARE UPDATE. THEY SAID I SHOULD GET IT WITHIN A FEW DAYS
SO THAT WAS ABOUT 5 DAYS AGO. I HOPE THEY MAILED ME THE RIGHT UPDATE.
ALSO I HAD TO GIVE THEM MY TV SERIAL NUMBER SO I THINK THEY WOULD GIVE ME THE RIGHT UPDATE .I HOPE SO.
AFTER I CALLED THEM ABOUT 7 TIMES THEN I STOPPED CALLING THEM FOR ABOUT 2 MONTHS OR MORE.
ITS BEEN MORE THEN 3 MONTHS SINCE NETFLIX DID NOT WORK RIGHT
AFTER THERE TV UPDATE
I WILL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED WHEN I GET IT AND IF IT WORKS.
