won't accept password

CSR sent 2 links to reset new password,, links didn't worked. Before calling CSR, I followed the "forget password" instructions and still got email to reset password that wouldn't go to the reset site. The "click here" in blue wouldn't take to another site. Not clickable. Finally I realized Netflix may be down.
