App won't load, page is stuck on red page with the circle

This crap has been happening since 02/25/13--I'm piss'd off! After the first update before the last recent update it completely stopped working, this went on for a week & after much complaining it was fixed on 02/30/13 (date my bill is due) it worked for one day 02/30/13, than another idiotic update ( the recent one) was sent which just started the horrendous mess all over again! I now wish I never did those two updates because netflix was working fine until the updates. I'm furious that netflix actually charged me full price for their service when their site has been down for a week. I called nextflix because it has now been two weeks since I've last been able to watch netflix, the customer rep was a clueless twit that didn't have the furthest idea as to what she was talking about. I'm fed up, if netflix charge me this month for their non-working service I'm filing a complaint with the better business bureau to get my money back. I pay my fee monthly, I don't think it's fair they get paid while I get screwed. All I'm asking for is for them to fix the problem-- I don't think that's asking too much--especially since when it's time for them to collect their monthly fee they're quick to take the money out -- but slow as hell to fix their product.
