This is an apple issue, delete app, redownload, then put username & password, when screen goes grey, click browse in top left corner & choose a genre... you will not have all of your instant que seclections but u will be able to look up movies that way... this started to occur on last update... all worked well on my computer & ps3, but not iphone 4, 5 or ipad.. tried this & i was able to get into the programs.. just remember till they fix this you will not have access to your instant que..RZ
