Piss'd off consumer on
Same here. I've been going through this problem since February! I even called netflix customer service number & the moronic rep asked me if I was around trees! Obviously she doesn't have a clue as to what she's doing, after relaying to her the countless troubleshooting I've completed on my iPhone she just said --umhm... I finally just hung up on her because I was on the brink of releasing a couple of *F* bombs. Netflix actually charged me for this months fee when in actuality I haven't been able to watch not a single thing on Netflix because it just stays on the pic you so thoughtfully uploaded. I even went on Facebook & complained about this to Netflix, all I received was a link to their troubleshooting page which I've already completed. I'm angry & frustrated, I'm more angry that Netflix has the galls to charge me for non-rendered services. Before this problem occurred, I'd be watching a show or a movie & the audio would stop working but the show would continue to play, I had to turn the phone off for a few minutes but that didn't help solve the problem because 10-15 minutes later the same thing would occur & I'd move on to the next movie/ show hoping it was just that particular show but again the audio would stop. But this --this is much worst!
