I worked for BB&T from 1993-2004, and I can honestly attest to the fact that something like this has NEVER happened before! It is obviously a banking error, but hopefully it is corrected soon!
We went out for dinner tonight and were embarassed when we couldn't pay! BB&T mobile shows zero balances, but the online site shows all our money...very upsetting to say the least!
