Situation solved!  I have to apologize to BB&T.  Someone tried to use my husband's card fraudulently and they caught it and shut his card down. I commend them for doing this job very well.  Apologies to the company and thank you.  I take back what I said.  I stand corrected.  There was a glitch that happened to him a couple of weeks ago that may have had to do with the fraud attempt.
