Don't Call the Bank!

Whatever you do, DO NOT CALL this bank to report a problem. They will most probably transfer you to a "credit manager" who will cancel your cards and/or slash your credit lines. That happened to me, and it has happened to thousands of innocent people who called to report a problem. Once they have you on the line and get your cc number, it's all over. You can't speak to a tech person without giving them your card number and letting them look up your account.
If you can't get to their website, pay your bill the old fashioned way, then stay on top of it to see that your payment is posted.
Best thing to do is to get away from this bank for good.
